Solar flares bombard our solar system as the Moon closes up shop for the month in its darkening before turning NEW on November 4th. Some blossoms, like pansies and violas and roses, strengthen in color and intensity as the days shorten and the temperatures drop, giving it their very all before the snows of winter blanket them for a time of rest. Perhaps you are like the pansies and autumn roses, giving it your all before you turn inward for the winter, rejoicing in knowing rest is awaiting. You may or may not be feeling this and you may live in a climate opposite to mine or you may live in a more tropical zone where summer and winter are hardly different but wherever you are on the planet, more LIGHT is coming and not in that days are longer but that each moment is illuminated in a more intense and maybe meaningful way. I certainly have been feeling the shift of intensified energy of the solar flares and I like it. if you enjoy the liminal spaces where one type of energy comes up against another, the areas where water meets land or land meets sky, you probably enjoy the shifting times. if you find these times unnerving and unsettling you are probably needing to ground yourself more, feeling into and connecting with the earth more, letting go of some control, allowing for the changes to occur. Unexpressed emotions can create roadblocks to your own ability to move forward in your life, to experience new and expanded experiences. Unexpressed emotions limit us, control us and become highly toxic over time, creating illness, dis-ease, apathy, and all kinds of paralysis.

We all know how hard it is to let go of pain. We manifest pain in so many ways that it boggles the mind with the depth of our creativity.

Imagine what all the energy that goes to feeding pain, sadness, grief, anger, disappointment, and envy would be redirected to feeling love and appreciation for everything – a radical acceptance (I heard this term from my dear friend and high priestess of healing, Ava Corsa, but she might have been quoting something she read and if so I don’t know the original author – sorry!) – but what a great term it is! Radical acceptance of all your feelings, especially the ones you don’t like having, allows those feelings to be felt and released. Think of it as memory space on your computer. Yes, you can buy more memory space but you also know you can delete a large percentage of unnecessary crap from your computer and that will open up space for new stuff, things more relevant to your present reality. In other words, If you are feeding energy to things that happened in the past, experiences that you had that created feelings in you that are stuck like a blob of peanut butter in your throat, this would be the perfect time to do the necessary work to clear these feelings, opening up space for new, more satisfying emotional experiences. Unless you like feeling that crap, in which case, go for that.

I have been working intensely with John over the last 6 weeks. We have been doing 2 phone session/week and the shift I am feeling is profound.
