Full Moon at 27 degrees Virgo

(that’s tonight if you’re reading this on 3.17)
the need for some sense of order vs. all-out chaos inevitably free-falling into entropy
balance point/antidote: hanging out in your own private sanctuary
I could feel the moon entering Virgo because I went into a tidy-frenzy, even going through old papers and emptying them into the recycle bin, without even a second glance. Moon in Virgo has no room for sentimentality. Is it practical? Does it serve a purpose? For me practical means: does it provide a good feeling when I engage with it? Marie Kondo, for sure, has major Virgo energy in her astro signature!
Virgo has no time or patience for chaos and much time and energy can be spent trying to get that beast under control, which, of course, you never really can, which is why Virgo types can feel that the work is never done, because it isn’t. Virgo can feel anxiety and stress over never being able to truly control the chaos so steps need to taken to manage that baby. Creating moments of refuge from the madness in a sanctuary space to soothe and revitalize the part of you that is deeply horrified by the disrespect for the sacred and the divine that is so prevalent in the outer world today. A personal sanctuary is an absolute must, especially when the Moon turns FULL in Virgo opposing the Neptune-ruled Piscean Sun. To add to the polarity of this lunation, both Jupiter and Neptune are transiting Pisces now as well, exaggerating the deep emotional response and feelings of hopelessness that can infect even the purest heart.
The Sun, Jupiter, Neptune, and Mercury are in a tight conjunction with one another in Pisces. Generally speaking I think it best to not make any huge decisions right now as the facts might be quite blurry and things must not look so rosy when some of the fog lifts. An excellent Full Moon to dwell in
your connection to your own guiding force. If you like to bathe, I would suggest lots of bathing with
epsom salts and baking soda (I do 1 cup of each) and your favorite essential oils. I’m into ylang ylang right now – very tropical Piscean.
I find doing methodical activities helps to relax me. Organizing the sock drawer, cleaning, baking, cooking, creating flower arrangements all help me. Knowing what helps YOU is imperative in these chaotic times. Virgo reminds you that you need to care for the soothing and rest for your activated worry mode and Pisces reminds you that all things are heading toward entropy anyway so maybe stop taking everything quite so seriously, at least for moments of respite during the day.
Pisces can be quite emotionally reactive, so sensitive in its Neptune-ruled demeanor. Acknowledge your emotions, watch what you are feeling and know that they move along, like clouds. You can help the dark clouds of worry to move along more quickly by adjusting your focus of attention. Are you focusing on the problem or are you asking for help and clarity to move through the problem? Are you open to receive guidance from your own higher self? Pisces encourages the conversation with your own knowingness as you connect to the consciousness of connectivity between all things.
The Full Moon at 27 degrees Virgo makes a trine aspect to Pluto at 28 degrees Capricorn. Deep, emotional shifts can occur with a bit more ease.
Venus and Mars are still quite close in Aquarius. Aquarius gives much needed emotional detachment, helping to access solutions from seemingly unworkable situations. Group activities highlighted. Connect with friends and those with you you feel good rapport.
Be very, very kind to yourself.
These are trying times.
