New Moon Solar Eclipse
10 degrees Libra 10.2.24

Black Moon Lilith conjoins Mercury
Jupiter turns retrograde
The New Moon on October 2 at 10 degrees Libra is the second of the pair of Autumn eclipses. The New Moon is an annular solar eclipse, a ring of fire viewing spectacle, visible Wednesday over Easter Island and the tips of Argentina and Chile. That’s probably not where you will be this week but that doesn’t mean the eclipse won’t be stimulating something in your own life. If the eclipse falls within 3 degrees of a planet or point in your chart, you will be germinating some changes coming up in the next 3 to 6 months.
The New Moon in Libra, ruled by the LOVE planet Venus, invites you to set clear intentions for creating more loving relationships based on creating peace and harmony between all parties. Libra is an Air sign, emphasizing the importance of knowing what you’re thinking. Sometimes we understand what we’re thinking by how we feel, emotionally and physically. This will inevitably be reflected in the type of relationships you have and who you attract into your life to engage with on a daily basis. Libra is the opposite sign to Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, the me-me-me energy that supports grasping for life. Libra is about knowing and experiencing yourself through others.
Me-me-me becomes us-us-us. Do you like and enjoy what you see in the mirror of your relationships? This New Moon is a powerful time to clarify how you think about your relationships. How do your relationships make you feel and what can you do to enhance the love between you and others?
This is the time to reflect on any resentments or built-up anger you have towards another.
Can you talk about it?
Can you let that go for the sake of LOVE? For the sake of your own inner liberation?
Are you willing to let go of emotional pain and transmute it into unconditional love?
Baby steps.
One release at a time.
That is true liberation. Enter Pluto.
Pluto is poised to enter Aquarius for good for the next 20 years On November 20. Aquarius is all about liberation. Where Pluto is working in your chart is where your liberation is inviting you to free yourself. Pluto stations direct on October 12 at 29 degrees Capricorn. As Pluto moves direct it moves towards its entry in Aquarius on November 20. Truly we are entering the Age of Aquarius, with all its surprises and wonders. Perhaps it’s time to surprise yourself!
Asteroid Black Moon Lilith, that part of yourself that you have disowned (for conscious or unconscious reasons)
conjoins Mercury in Libra, bringing your voice to what you have kept unintegrated into your awareness, putting all the pieces together.
Jupiter, planet of expansion, stations retrograde at 21 degrees Gemini, joining Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto all moving retrograde this week. With so many planets moving retrograde right now, let yourself slow to the movement of gently rocking. When the surf gets moving again full speed – you’ll know it. Be with the rhythm of the cosmos. Ground yourself into the Earth to stay calm and centered. Take a walk. Barefoot.
